About this event
Take in sweeping views of Otto’s Bluff, Albert Falls, and the meandering uMngeni River as you move through some of the Midlands’ most striking landscapes.
Our Long and Medium courses venture into the exclusive 650ha Hilton College Private Game Reserve, offering a rare chance to run through pristine terrain inhabited by warthog, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and six species of buck. The route drops into the uMngeni Valley before rising back onto the plateau, where aloes line the climb and the river stretches out below.
The Short course winds through peaceful pine plantations — cool, calm, and perfectly suited to those wanting a gentler but scenic outing. Across all distances, the combination of dirt roads and flowing singletrack keeps the running fun, varied, and immersive.
A beautiful mix of views, wildlife, and diverse terrain makes this a standout Midlands trail experience.
