You need a free RaceConnect account to enter races, see your entries and buy on the Marketplace. You can sign up with an email address and password, or with your Google account.
How to create an account with your email
- Click Register at the top of any page.
- Fill in First name, Surname, Email, Password and Confirm password.
- Click Create account & continue.
- We email you a verification link. Open the email and click the link.
How to sign up or log in with Google
- Click Register or Log in at the top of any page.
- Click Continue with Google and choose your Google account.
If you already have a RaceConnect account with the same email address, Google is linked to it and you land in your existing account. A Google sign-up doesn't need a verification email.
How to log in
- Click Log in at the top of any page.
- Type your Email and Password. Tick Keep me signed in on your own device.
- Click Log in & continue.
How to resend the verification email
- Log in. If your email isn't verified yet, you see a page asking you to verify it.
- Click Resend Verification Email. The button waits a short while before you can use it again.
- Check your inbox, promotions tab and spam folder.
You can also resend it from Account Settings, Account tab: under your email it says "Your email address is unverified." Click Click here to re-send the verification email.
Good to know
- If someone entered you in a race and you had no account, one was made for you. Look for an email with a Set your password button, or use Forgot? on the login page to choose a password.
- If you entered a race on the day with a late entry QR code, an account was made for the email you gave.
- Before you can enter a race, you need to complete your athlete profile. See "Your athlete profile".
- You need to verify your email before you can open your dashboard.
Common questions
It says my email is already taken
You already have an account with that email, possibly made when someone entered you in a race. Click Log in, then Forgot? to set a password, or use Continue with Google if it is a Google address.
I never got the verification email
Check spam and promotions, then click Resend Verification Email. Make sure the email address on your account is spelt correctly under Account Settings.
Can I have two accounts?
Each account needs its own email address. To enter a child without an email address, add them as a dependent on your own account instead.
