Before race day, check where and when to collect your race pack, and have your registration number ready. If you haven't entered yet, some organisers let you enter at the venue by scanning a QR code.
How to get ready
- Open your confirmation email. Under Race pack collection and race day you find the organiser's collection times and instructions, if they added them.
- Log in, click your name, choose My Events and click View Ticket on your entry.
- Click Print Ticket, or keep the page open on your phone. It shows your registration number, bib number (once assigned), race, date and venue.
- Check the event's FAQs from the FAQs tab on the event page, or the link in your confirmation email.
How to enter on the day with a QR code
Some organisers put up a QR code at the venue for late entries.
- Scan the organiser's QR code with your phone camera. A Late Entry page opens.
- If you are logged in, just choose your Race. Otherwise type your Email and tap Continue, then fill in your details: First name, Surname, Phone, Date of birth, Gender, Emergency contact name and Emergency contact phone.
- If the organiser allows it, choose Pay now to pay online and skip the queue, or Pay at the desk.
- Accept the terms and tap Continue to payment or Submit late entry.
- You see You're entered!. If you didn't pay online, the entry is recorded as unpaid: go to the registration desk to pay and collect your race number.
Good to know
- Your ticket has no barcode or QR code to scan.
- Once you have collected your race pack, your entry shows Checked In with the time.
- If you entered late without an account, one is made for your email and a verification link is sent. Verifying is optional.
- If the page says Late entries are closed, no races are taking late entries right now. Ask the organiser at the desk.
- Late entry prices can be different from online prices.
Common questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
Check the organiser's race day information in your confirmation email. The ticket isn't scanned, so having your registration number on your phone is usually enough.
Where and when do I collect my race pack?
The organiser sets this. Look under Race pack collection and race day in your confirmation email, and on the event's FAQs page. If it isn't there, email the organiser from the Organizer card on your entry page.
Can I still enter on the day?
Only if the organiser offers late entries. If they do, there is a QR code at the venue. You can't enter online once the organiser closes entries.
