Results are published on RaceConnect once the organiser has checked them. You also get an email with your time and position.
How to find your results
- Click Results at the top of any page.
- Search with Search past events…, or use the Filters for Category, Province, Date and Distance (km).
- Click the event. You can also open the event page and click the Results tab.
- Choose your race at the top.
- Type your bib number, name or club into Search by bib, name, or club…. You can also filter by All Genders, All Age Groups and All Clubs, and click a column header to sort.
When the results email arrives
- The organiser publishes results for each race. Results go public straight away.
- Your finisher email follows, usually about an hour later. The wait gives the organiser time to fix mistakes first. They can also send it sooner.
- The email includes your time, position and pace, with links to review the race and send feedback.
- If results aren't published, a post-race email with review and feedback links is sent a few days after the event instead.
How to get a wrong result fixed
- Note your bib number, your race, and what is wrong (time, name, race, or missing result).
- Click your name, choose My Events, and open the entry with View Details.
- Email the organiser from the Organizer card. Only the organiser can change results.
Once they fix it, the results page updates and they can send you a corrected results email.
Good to know
- If you ticked Anonymize my data on public pages under Account Settings, Privacy, your result shows as "Anonymous Athlete".
- Your name on results comes from your account. Fix spelling under Account Settings, Account tab.
- Results can show a Live tag while the race is still being timed.
Common questions
My time is wrong
Email the organiser from the Organizer card on your entry page with your bib number and what you think your time should be. Watch data or a photo of you finishing helps.
I'm not in the results
Search by your bib number rather than your name. If you are still missing, the timers may not have matched your bib. Email the organiser with your bib number and roughly when you finished.
I haven't had my results email
It comes about an hour after results are published, unless the organiser sends it sooner. Check spam. The results page has your result either way.
How do I hide my name from results?
Tick Anonymize my data on public pages under Account Settings, Privacy, and click Save.
