Every entry you have, and every entry you paid for someone else, is on your My Registrations page. From there you can see the details, your bib number and your ticket.
How to see your entries
- Log in and click your name at the top of the page.
- Choose My Events. The page is called My Registrations.
- Your entries are listed with their status, event, race, date, registration number and price.
- Click View Details to open an entry.
The page is split into sections when you need them: Payment Plans, My Packages, My Group Registrations (entries you paid for other people) and Dependents' Registrations (your children's entries).
How to see your ticket
- On My Registrations, click View Ticket next to a confirmed entry. For group and package entries, click Ticket.
- The ticket shows your registration number, bib number, date, location, distance, status and venue.
- Click Print Ticket to print it or save it as a PDF.
What the entry page shows
- Event Details: the event, race, date, location and venue.
- Payment Details: the Entry Fee, any Discount, Products you bought, the Total, Payment Status, Transaction Reference and Paid At.
- Your Registration Number, and your Bib Number once the organiser has given you one.
- Checked In, with the time, once you have collected your race pack at the event.
- An Organizer card with the organiser's name and email address.
- A Need help? card with the event's most common questions and our support email.
Good to know
- The ticket is only available once the entry is confirmed or paid.
- Your bib number only appears once the organiser assigns it. Many organisers do this close to race day.
- If an entry says Payment Pending, click Complete Payment on the entry page to finish paying.
Common questions
Where is my bib number?
It shows on your entry page and ticket once the organiser has assigned it. Until then, those places have no bib number. Check the event's race day information or ask the organiser when bibs are assigned.
I can't see an entry someone else paid for
Entries are listed on the account of the person racing. Make sure you are logged in with the email address the entry was made for. The person who paid sees it under My Group Registrations.
What does the status on my entry mean?
Confirmed or Paid means you are in. Payment pending means you haven't paid yet. Cancelled means the entry was withdrawn or expired. Refunded means money was returned.
