If you've forgotten your password, you can get a reset link by email. If you know it and want a new one, change it in your account settings.
How to reset a forgotten password
- Click Log in, then Forgot? next to the password box.
- Type your Email and click Email Password Reset Link.
- Open the email and click the reset link.
- Type your Email, a new Password and Confirm Password.
- Click Reset Password.
How to change your password while logged in
- Click your name at the top of the page and choose Account Settings.
- Open the Password tab.
- Type your Current Password, your New Password and Confirm Password.
- Click Save.
Good to know
- A reset link works for 60 minutes. After that, ask for a new one.
- After you ask for a link, the button shows Resend available in with a countdown. You can ask again when it reaches zero.
- If you signed up with Google, you don't have a RaceConnect password. Keep using Continue with Google, or use Forgot? to set a password as well.
Common questions
The reset email didn't arrive
Check spam and promotions. Make sure you typed the email address your account uses. If you have always logged in with Google, use Continue with Google instead.
The reset link says it is invalid or expired
Links last 60 minutes and only the newest one works. Click Forgot? again and use the latest email.
I can't change my password because I don't know my current one
Log out and use Forgot? on the login page instead.
