Some events sell packages that combine several races at one price, add-on entries such as pacer or spectator passes, and extras such as T-shirts. This guide explains each one.
How to enter with a package
- On the event page, find the Packages section.
- Each package shows how many races are included, or Pick as you register if you choose the races yourself. A saving shows as Save R....
- Click the package's button, for example Register with this package or Choose your races.
- On the Register page, choose a race from each list marked Choose….
- Tick any Optional extras in this package. Items marked Included with the package are free.
- If a package item has sizes, choose one from Choose an option….
- Finish and pay as for any other entry.
If an event sells both, the Register page has two buttons: Single race and Package. Click Package, then pick from Choose a package….
How to add an add-on entry
- On the event page, find the card marked Add-on entry (for example a pacer or spectator pass).
- Click Register.
- Complete the Register page and pay.
How to add extras such as T-shirts
- On the Register page, look for Make race day better.
- Tick the item you want.
- Choose a size from Choose an option…. Sizes that are gone can't be picked.
- The item is added under Extras in the Order summary.
Good to know
- Extras bought with your entry are collected at registration, with your race pack.
- An item marked Included with entry - required is part of the entry and can't be unticked.
- A package is paid as one purchase. It shows on My Events under My Packages, with each race listed under it.
- Some packages are sold at a single price and don't show the price of each race.
- A discount code that only works on one specific race can't be used on a package.
- Add-on entries (pacer, spectator and similar) can't be resold on the Marketplace.
Common questions
Can I change my T-shirt size after paying?
You can't change it yourself. Contact the organiser using the email on your entry page (open My Events, then View Details) and give them your registration number and the size you want.
A size I want says it's sold out
That size has run out. Choose another size, or ask the organiser whether more stock is coming.
Why is the race I want only available in a package?
Some organisers only sell entries as packages. The race then shows Available through package only on the event page. Enter through the package.
